Katrina has been in the field of Early Childhood Education since 1996. She started as an Assistant Teacher and later decided to pursue her degree in Early Childhood Education & Daycare Leadership. Katrina continued to gain experience working with infants, toddlers and preschoolers as a Lead Teacher. Later, she worked for the Newton Public Schools as a Behavior Therapist (ABA) working with special needs children from preschool through high school age. Katrina was a teacher for approximately 26 years, and has been a Director for different programs for around 3 years. She holds a Master’s Degree in Education, concentrated in Curriculum & Instruction/Educational Leadership. Katrina also serves as a consultant and mentor to childcare centers nationwide.
